Hai-Lite Sports is proud to present its follow up paddle, the XLR8. This paddle is a unique one piece mold made with a carbon fiber surface and a DA NEU polyacrylonitrile honeycomb core. The two key features of carbon fiber are its excellent strength and light weight (lighter than aluminum and glass fiber) which gives the paddle a very crisp clean sound upon ball contact. Carbon Fiber is 10x times the specific strength of iron, while its elasticity is 7x that of iron. It will not fail due to fatigue nor rusting and is chemically and thermally stable. Every paddle comes with a neoprene cover and is carefully packed inside a reusable foamed magnetic hard cardboard box with our "Rise-Hai" Gold Foil Design.
